Hi, I'm Nick Glasson
I help people alchemise (transform) their ability to connect with themselves and others.
I do this via deepening communication skills, cultivating conscious awareness and integrating the shadow.
One of my favourite quotes is “It is not your fault for the things that happened to you, AND it is, however, your responsibility now to do what you need to heal”
But not all of us have been modeled how to do so, very few have been taught or showed how. You only know what you know, so let me lead you to the path and give you that map. Let me walk by your side as you enter the unknown. I cant take that step for you, but I certainly will celebrate you when you do, and debrief once you return home.

CONNECTION
Why I do what I do
I have found myself in a position of helping and supporting people on a multitude of levels for the last 10 years. This has led me to have a specific capacity to hold space and ask the more potent questions.
I’m undoubtedly curious by nature, I like to understand how things work on both the larger scale and the minute. This combination has created an ability to look at the whole, while equally giving attention to the parts.
Of course, primarily what led me to this work was my own sense of healing. Previously consumed with my need for external validation (codependents and hypervigilance to others’ needs) and a crippling lack of self-worth, I learned how to communicate, advocate and equally hold compassion for myself and others.
I have worked tirelessly on integrating my own shadows, I have sat with my grief and initiated myself (via varying teachers) so that I now can serve a noble cause, greater than myself, you.
I work with Men, Women and couples to bring a sense of curiosity to their individual experiences, witness how these patterns may have played out (and where they have come from) and take full conscious ownership of their lives – empowering and liberating via Alchemy – to then be able to deepen capacity for connection that is ultimately fulfilling.
